Export Compliance and Control Policy

As one of the leading manufacturers of high performance wire and cable, Harbour Industries LLC is committed to full compliance with all export control laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of State, and other U.S. regulatory agencies. Harbour Industries has implemented an Export Compliance and Control Policy to ensure compliance with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (OFAC). 

Before exporting or re-exporting any product manufactured by Harbour Industries, your company may require a license. Subject to the U.S. Export Administration Laws and Regulations, diversion of Harbour Industries’ products is prohibited and these products may not be transferred, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, to proscribed or embargoed countries or their nationals, nor may they be used for nuclear activities, chemical biological weapons, or missile projects, unless specifically authorized by the United States Government for such purposes.  You shall comply strictly with all United States export laws and assume sole responsibility for obtaining licenses to export or re-export as may be required.
