Production Openings - 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Harbour is seeking Full-Time - 2nd and 3rd shift machine operators to work in our team environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, pass a drug test, basic math test, and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
•   Experienced? We pay a prevailing wage for specific wire and cable skills.
•   No experience? We are willing to train!
•   Rate of pay starts from $16.25/hr to $19.62/hr
•   NY residents who need a ferry ride? We will assist with cost!

Engineering Technician

Do you like to work with your hands? We need someone that is interested in mechanical engineering that will support/troubleshoot and fix our mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of production equipment and machines. Sets up and operates a variety of machining tools. Install and repair electrical systems. Uses measurement tools, metering devices, and repair tools (mechanical and power) tools as required. Able to diagnose and repair facility equipment. Knowledge and use of lock-out tag-out requirements, work permitting, and safe work practices. Electrical skills and Associates Degree required for Electricians. Previous lathe and mill experience for machinist. Basic knowledge of organizational equipment is desirable. Sr. Staff Accountant

Manages the monthly closing cycle and prepares resulting financial statements. Lead person associated with management of A/R and credit functions, as well as fixed asset system. Responsible for meeting tax and insurance renewal deadlines. Serves as backup for other accounting positions. Click to read the full job description.

Staff Accountant

Assist in the monthly closing cycle and preparation of resulting financial statements. Generates billing, maintains A/R and credit functions, and fixed asset system. Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decision making. Braid Operator

Braiding is the process of applying a specified braid/shield material over a core wire or cable. This process is completed by running various types of 16 and 24 carrier machines. Sparktest Operator

The spark test process is a respooling operation designed to package work in process and finished wires in accordance with product specifications. This is a quality operation designed to detect and remove any product flaws. Click to read the full job description.

Extrusion Operator

Purchasing, Production & Inventory Control Manager

This individual will oversee all purchasing, production control, inventory, and functions within the facility to include negotiations. In addition, would be a key team player for customer service, sales, and product introduction activities. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication (written &oral), and interpersonal skills with all levels within the organization. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands. Should possess computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with an integrated ERP system; such as AXIOM –or other integrated ERP systems, is a plus. Have or is working towards a CPIM is a plus.
